Photo Gallery: Music Issue Wrap Party at AutoShop // Part 1

Local music was front and center last night at AutoShop. In honor of November’s Music Issue, District Fray and Byrdland Records hosted an evening celebrating D.C.’s sound with performances by indie pop artist Cat Janice and rapper Footwerk, along with opener alt-pop artist Synae.

DJ Bo and DJ K-Meta of Everything Nice greeted guests with their eclectic genre-mixing set as guests imbibed and grazed on bites from Shababi Chicken before the concert began. As people mingled in the industrial loft, there was palpable excitement among the crowd about the burgeoning arts community and the future of music in the District.
