On April 11, friends and families coalesced for the first of seven shows of NoMa Nights, the free outdoor concert series at Alethia Tanner Park. Hosted by DC Fray and NoMa BID, the series kicked off with local artists David Thong Duo, who played a variety of songs as onlookers found spots on the lawn to enjoy the performance.
