This is a special sound bath to set intentions for 2022! We’ll work on releasing anything that doesn’t serve us to make room for all the good coming our way. This will be a deeply healing session. After the workshop, you’ll feel energized and excited for the year ahead. Come with a notebook to write down what insights came through for you!

What should I expect from this experience?

We’ll start with some light stretching, journal what we want to release and call in, relax in a sound bath meditation, and end with a card pull. This oracle card pull will speak to the theme of 2022 for you.

You’ll also recieve information on how to join an abundance meditation challenge that will start the Sunday after the sound bath! This challenge will help you call in more abundance in 2022.

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is one of the easiest ways to start meditating. The sound from singing bowls immediately drops you into meditation, allowing for a relaxing and soothing experience. This VIRTUAL sound bath will be the perfect way to relax. Unwind with a guided meditation and sound bath led by Alice Hu of Woo Woo Company.

You’ll need:

1. Cozy place to lie down

2. Blanket – you might get cold

3. Eye mask – optional

4. Headphones – optional
