We are thrilled to announce our first collaborative event with Perch Supper Club February 4th, held at Ruse, with a menu crafted by Chef Michael Correll (Ruse), and Chef Sam Molavi of Perch Supper Club (formerly of St. Anselm, Mayden, Ripple, and Compass Rose in DC) A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation to support the work they undertake to conserve, restore, and protect the Chesapeake Bay. Proceeds from the event will be matched by the Erkiletian Family.
