March brings you a whirlwind of events and news from exclusive dining experiences to innovative culinary concepts, here’s a glimpse into the vibrant celebrations happening this month:

Centrolina’s Regarding Her Dinner: Step into the world of culinary collaboration with Centrolina’s Regarding Her Dinner, where six-time James Beard Nominated Chef Amy Brandwein joins forces with other talented chefs and restaurateurs. This exclusive multi-course tasting menu celebrates the accomplishments of women in the food and beverage industry, with a portion of proceeds donated to Regarding Her, a nonprofit supporting women entrepreneurs.

Star-Studded Female Pastry Chef Panel at Moon Rabbit: Indulge your sweet tooth and celebrate the artistry of pastry-making with a star-studded panel of female pastry chefs at Moon Rabbit. Moderated by Cherry Bombe’s Jessie Sheehan, this event promises a delightful afternoon of dim sum treats, pastries, and cocktails, all crafted by some of the best and brightest talents in the Northeast.

Women in Wine Night at Bresca: Raise a glass to the talented female winemakers shaping the wine industry with an exclusive wine pairing event at Bresca. Sommelier Alexandra Padron will guide guests through a selection of wines crafted by women, perfectly paired with seasonal delights from the kitchen’s new a la carte menu.

Lutèce: A Powerhouse of Female Leadership: Discover the culinary excellence at Lutèce, where a powerhouse female leadership team is at the helm. Owned by The Popal Family and led by restaurateur Fatima Popal and Chef Isabel Coss, Lutèce offers a neo-bistro experience that’s not to be missed.

New Spring Dishes at Nama Ko: Embark on a culinary journey inspired by Japan with Nama Ko’s new spring menu, curated by Executive Chef Derek Watson. From Nama Ko Ramen to Wagyu Dumplings, these dishes are a celebration of seasonal flavors and culinary craftsmanship.

Balos: Brunch of the Mediterranean Isles: Transport yourself to the Greek Isles with Balos’s new brunch program, featuring an array of dishes with added Greek flare. From Crab Cake Eggs Benedict to Shakshouka, every bite is a taste of Mediterranean paradise.

Guaranteed Authentic Hospitality:  Explore their concept-driven cocktail experiences, from the moody speakeasy vibes of The Mirror to the high-end late-night menu at The Golden Age.

From collaborative dinners to innovative concepts, there’s no shortage of inspiration and creativity to be found. Cheers to the women who continue to shape the food and beverage industry, making history one delicious bite at a time!

The above highlights were graciously shared by Eleven Eleven PR.
