A wine pairing option will be available at checkout, selected in collaboration with our Sommelier and Ruse Food and Beverage Director Allie Balin, and Perch Supper Club’s Sommelier Danny Fisher The Ruse Bar will be open for the event with the option to order a-la-carte wine, beer, cocktails, and NA beverages Those who choose to make a weekend of it will be offered 20% off their stay at The Wildset on 2/3 and 2/4 (Please call our front desk at (410) 745-8004 to make your hotel reservation)

We are thrilled to announce our first collaborative event with Perch Supper Club February 4th, held at Ruse, with a menu crafted by Chef Michael Correll (Ruse), and Chef Sam Molavi of Perch Supper Club (formerly of St. Anselm, Mayden, Ripple, and Compass Rose in DC) A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation to support the work they undertake to conserve, restore, and protect the Chesapeake Bay. Proceeds from the event will be matched by the Erkiletian Family.
