Revolté: A person who revolts, a non-conformist, a rebel. Someone who sees things the way they are, and reimagines what they could be to create a new reality. revolté is an exploration of resilience, freedom, fertility, heroism, and spirituality. Through individual works, the artists Alanzo Robles-Gordon & John Lister III challenge the eurocentric idea of blackness and create de-colonized narratives for life in the future. October is a month of scary things, but there is nothing more horrifying to the Establishment then free-thinking, unapologetic diasporic people who can no long be contained.
