About This Event

Yoga on the Land is for EVERYBODY.

We are a new nonprofit dedicated to helping people connect to nature through the lens of yoga. When the pandemic hit last year, we jumped to the challenge of keeping yoga classes going in the midst of many yoga studios closing, figuring out how we can support yogis in overcoming challenges to practicing and teaching. While yoga has become more accessible again in recent months, the ability to expand our practice in community has remained limited. Yoga on the Land is excited to serve DC by offering outdoor, socially distanced during the month of October in our new pop up Open Air Yoga Garden located in Georgetown in DC. While all classes are ALL LEVELS, family-friendly, and free and open to the public; Please sign up in advance so to guarantee your spot.

Join us for our yoga + community art + wellness expo from 12 to 4PM on Saturday, October 2nd. Come spend some time getting to know Yoga on the Land and other local wellness advocates and artists. Move into fall with alignment.

Yoga on the Land encourages your to keep yourself healthy by showing your COVID-19 vaccine or negative COVID-19 status prior to class; by washing hands; and also by wearing a mask anytime other while practicing on yoga on your mat during class. We’re excited to meet you!!

Pop Up Yoga Classes in the “Open Air Yoga Garden” in October are held every Saturday at 12PM and Thursday at 6PM all month!!
