On Wednesday, September 15 at 6:30 pm, the Chefs Poteaux create a four course $89 prix fixe meal paired with the talents of People’s Drug’s  Jon Schott and their own mixologist, Jacob Sunny.

The menu includes: L’apéro–Black Manhattan featuring Woodford Straight Rye; Premier–Crispy Confit Chicken Wings / House Barbecue Sauce / Slaw paired with ‘The Brooklyn’ featuring Woodford Reserve;  Deuxième–Citrus marinated Atlantic Halibut / Lemongrass-Ginger Sauce Basmati Rice / Grilled Scallions with ‘Añejo Manhattan’ featuring Herradura Tequila and finished with Troisième–Candied Orange & Almond Cake / Vanilla Anglaise / Candied Almonds paired with ‘The Tipperary’ featuring Slane Irish Whiskey
