Award-winning Shaw cocktail bar Morris American Bar is pitting celeb tequila against celeb tequila in a weeklong “celebrity tequila smackdown” that kicks off on National Tequila Day July 24. The bar has curated a flight of 5 tequilas created by — or at least hawked by — everyone from your favorite influencer/models to movie stars for guests to sip and compare. They include: 818 (Kendall Jenner); Casamigos (George Clooney); Teremana (The Rock); JAJA (Chainsmokers); and DeLeon (Diddy). Guests can blind-rank their favorites over the week, and on Saturday, July 31, the winning tequila will be announced and will be incorporated into a specialty cocktail on Morris’s menu for the month of August.
