Tysons Corner Center and DC Fray have partnered together to bring a culture of fun and fitness to all with our monthly Tysons Fit Club. Fit Club helps attendees achieve their fitness goals one class at a time. Classes will be held on The Plaza at the green grass eclipse.
May 13 – Boxing with BASH:
Feel the beat. Pack the punch. BASH is bringing the energy from the studio, directly to the turf! For 45 fast-flying minutes, boxing conditioning is BASH’s #1 focus! Mixing high intensity bodyweight work, with contagiously fun shadow boxing intervals – BASH Boxing will build lean muscle, improve overall endurance, and torch calories round after round. Add in BASH’s favorite studio playlists & their top tier coaches – and you’ll find an outdoor experience that you won’t soon forget. Coached by Under Armour Women’s Athlete and exercise science guru Monica Jones, prepare to maximize your workout, challenge your limits, and feel stronger with every jab! No experience or equipment necessary. Participants are encouraged to bring an optional yoga/exercise mat, as quantity is highly limited. All are welcome!
