About This Event

People from around the region will flood Dupont Circle once again for our sixth annual holiday pop-up shopping day on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 12:00-5:00 p.m. The shopping day will have more than 150 vendors not only on Connecticut Ave and P Street, but also the Dupont Underground, St. Thomas Church, The Ven Hotel, and now Ipade women’s shared office space. The Heurich House will hold its annual Christmas market on December 2-4 and charges an admission fee for its juried event.

Pop-up vendors will sell unique crafted items, such as jewelry, pottery, paintings, prints, wood work, wellness products, and tasty treats across the neighborhood in front of retail shops and restaurants. And of course, Dupont Circle has more than 40 retail shops with open doors to welcome you for all your gift giving needs. The Dupont Circle Holiday Pop-Up is free and open to the public and will happen rain, shine or snow.

“Come and join us here in the Dupont Circle for a day of shopping,” said Sue Taylor, chair of the Promotion Committee. “We have 110 restaurants, 40 retailers, and 150 vendors. The holiday season is our favorite time of the year – ‘tis the season to be merry!”

HDCMS will have volunteers to guide people throughout the area at the Dupont Circle Metro subway North exit on Q Street – passing out maps and directing the public to the Pop-Up locations.

New this year, Dupont Circle park will have live music all day: jazz, salsa, carolers, and a photo booth for you to enjoy!
