Downtown DC’s outdoor, pop-up bookstore returns to Wilson Plaza. Shop thousands of gently used books, CDs and DVDs, all on sale for $6 or less. Books provided by Carpe Librum, a local used bookstore benefitting nonprofit Turning the Page.

The Capital Book Fest is an outdoor event and will be cancelled in the case of inclement weather. Please note that this event will feature protocols for proper distancing and hygiene (face coverings required and hand sanitation stations onsite) and limited capacities if needed, and potentially other measures that can help combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
