Located in the contemporary Eaton Hotel in the heart of Washington, D.C., the new French-American restaurant by Chef Matt Baker inspired by his late mother will be offering brunch on Sunday, May 8th from 11AM-3PM. It is $65 (not inclusive of tax and gratuity) per adult and $25 per child under 12, and includes first courses like “Lobster Roll Salad” with Brioche Croutons, Orange Segments and a Citrus Vinaigrette, Main Courses like “Mr B’s” Poached Eggs with Fried Oysters, Shrimp and Crawfish Ragout and Crispy Grit Cake, finished with desserts like Brown Sugar Cake with Bacon Brown Sugar Crumble, Candied Pecans and Pecan Caramel Ice Cream. Guests can also add on luxurious bites of various selections of Caviar along with Beignets, Chef’s Selection of Cheeses, Oysters on the Half Shell with Pickled Green Tomato Vinaigrette Mignonette and Horseradish Cream.
