You know them…you love them…you can’t live without them..it’s ugly sweater again!!  To celebrate this auspicious occasion, on Thursday, December 2 and Saturday, December 4^th, Bastille will celebrate by offering an $89 prix fixe 4 ‘Coq-tail’ three-course meal on Thursday beginning at 6:30 pm and a three coq-tail holiday class on Saturday from 1-2:30 pm..   This event is priced at $69.

The dinner menu includes: L’Apero A Blue Holiday “Fizz”–Bluecoat Gin / Orange / Bubbles / Red Currant Pearls followed by a meal of Crispy Calamari / Preserved Lemon Aioli / Grilled Lemon paired with “Get Funked Up–” Ocho Tequila / Fermented Plum / Lemon / Sea Salt Air; for the second course, NZ Lamb Chops / “Mole” BBQ Sauce / Barley Roasted Broccolini / Carrots paired with “Always In Fashion–” Few Bourbon / Dates / Bitters / Vermouth; and for dessert, Chestnut Crème Caramel / Valrhona Dark Chocolate Crispies Candied Chestnuts with “Late Night Gossip”–Brenne French Single Malt Whiskey / Smoked Coffee / Chestnut Foam.  Prizes will be awarded for the best of the worst ugly sweater. 

The cocktail class, led by Bastille’s mixologist Jacob Sunny, will feature Featuring Ocho Tequila, Few Bourbon and Brenne single malt Whisky.  Guests will be led through the cocktail design process just in time for holiday parties.
