Bark Barbecue is founded by PitMaster, Berj Ghazarian, based on traditional, central Texas-style barbecue, paired with his Armenian flare, resulting in deliciously smoked beef, lamb combinations, seasoned the classical way with spices like salt and pepper, then smoked to pure perfection. Berj is joined by guest Pitmaster Ren Price.
