About This Event

Get ready for an amazing night of connections, and culture over cocktails ft top Afrobeats DJs, retail and food vendors at the 2021 finale of DMV’s largest and most diverse cultural mixer with over 500 black professionals.

The event typically features exciting networking activities, African and Caribbean cultural experessions inlcuding artist performances, fashion shows, top AfroCaribben DJs, dance performances, retail & food vendors to spice up the experience with authentic and delicious Afrocaribean bites.

Our theme for this edition of Afropolitan is “Embracing Multi-Cultural Black Identity” , which is the very essence of Afropolitanism. Afropolitan is a community of progressive professionals of African descent. We speak many languages, have experienced different cultures and call many different countries home.
