Join Chef Robert Aikens and the team at Destino for a special night of dining with 2022 Rising Star Chef, Masako Morishita, of Maxwell Park.

The collaboration dinner will include a 5-course ($65) tasting menu at Destino alongside drinks specials created by James Simpson. In this Japan-Meets-Mexico collaboration, Chefs Morishita and Aikens will channel Mexico City’s Little Tokyo neighborhood by creating a Japanese menu while utilizing a Mexican pantry.

Highlights from the menu include Hamachi Crudo with Yuzu, Garlic Edamame Dumplings with Avocado Crema, and Masako’s Daikon & Chicken Chile Dashi.
