March 15th marks the eighth anniversary of Beuchert’s Saloon, chef Andrew Markert’s Capitol Hill restaurant that is now operating as Fight Club during the pandemic. Fight Club will be offering a three-course menu full of classic dishes from the Beuchert’s era.
